The countdown to my LeadSmart Podcast is on!
If you didn’t know, I’m starting my own podcast. If you’re wondering, “What is a podcast?”, don’t worry. I will explain more about that later.
You will soon be able to download and listen to incredible leaders tell their leadership story. I’m finishing the first 4 interviews now and plan to launch in the next 30 days. Here are a few pics of my first interview with Mark Spurlock, a former Xerox Agency Owner of 21 years and my mentor. Mark was my manager and leader for over a decade and his story is so good! He was truly transparent and talks about his strengths, his weaknesses, times when he was encouraged as a leader, and other times when he failed. I can’t wait to share his journey with you.
